Logout Button on Timesheet Approval Portal issues when using IE or Firefox are corrected
On the Timecards Approval Portal, the expected behaviour when the logout button is clicked is for the user to logout of the Approval Page they are using. Due to security policy used by IE and Firefox, when a user selects logout in the Approval Portal no activity happens.
As we cannot control the the security policy of the browsers we have changed the solution. When a user selects logout in Approval Portal, users will now be taken to a second page which will advise user that they have successfully logged out of the Approval Portal. From this page users cannot press the back button to access data previously on the page.
Note: If Approval Page is open on multiple tabs in browsers and users click Logout on one of the tabs. Only the tab that is closed will not be available. All other Tabs will maintain access to data from the Approval portal
Create Invoice Transactions when not using a System Administration Profile
When signed in to an Org as a user that has a profile that is not that of a System Administrator, no data was showing when user attempted to process transactions using the Transaction Filter method. This is has now been fixed and user will be able to view available transactions for processing via the transaction filter view.
When Sharing Setting on Contact is set to Private, no new Link Token is created (Part 1)
When Sharing Setting on the Contact object is set to Private, no new link token is created and emailed to Approvers. This issue has been corrected and all Approvers will receive an email with a token link.
Note: In the upcoming release 1.100, part two will be implemented which will allow data to be displayed on the Approval Portal when using the token link.
To access data for time being select Set Up > Sharing Settings > select Public Read/Write and this will allow data to be displayed.
